Administrative Manager

Job Description:

BC Building products Ltd. is looking for one Administrative Manager to join them as soon as possible.

 Job Duties: The Candidate must perform the following duties: –

·         Plan and develop systems, guidelines, procedures, manuals and forms to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.

·         Responsible for selection, training, and coaching of staff.

·         Comply with the requirements of designated policies, guidelines, and procedures to facilitate the achievement of the company’s business objectives.

·         Oversee the daily operation of Administration and General Office to ensure all supporting services are provided and operated efficiently, effectively and without interruption while supervising the subordinates monitoring their jobs for accuracy , completeness, quality, and timeliness in accordance with company policies and procedures

·         Assist the Management with activities that include sourcing of suitable vendors, products, and services, and develop guidelines and procedures to improve the operation to ensure all products and services acquired are effective, efficient and cost effectively

·         Preparing annual budget, monthly expenses and control and Verify invoices and payment billings, prepare payment requisition, calculate monthly expenses, and prepare monthly reports

Job requirements:

·         Completion of high school is required.

·         Minimum 3-4 year of related experience is required.
